Kyle Field Set Up

The purpose of this event was to place all floral arrangements made for Kyle Field in their designated suites. We loaded all of the arrangements onto the carts at the lab and transported them to Kyle Field. We took the carts to each level that the arrangements were needed and placed the arrangements on tables, bars, and in hanging floral holder. One thing that I learned from this is how to place the arrangements so that they are proportional and aesthetically pleasing. Our lead coordinator could not be here for this set up so set up gave us more responsibility of knowing where each arrangement went and how it should be placed. It was a great experience to learn more about what elements can be added to a room to give it that extra something.
