The purpose of this event was to create a comfortable environment for all horticulture companies to attend and network with Texas A&M students and have resources ready and available to them as needed. For this event I worked the registration table. I was responsible for greeting companies attending the career fair as they arrived, I provided them with all the paperwork they needed and showed them to where they needed to be. I learned how to be a welcoming host and be a resource for all the companies that attended. I also learned about teamwork and how to make the process of registration fast and easy so the attendees and companies could be on their way.
