The purpose of this event was to design and create floral arrangements for the Hall of Champions dinner at Kyle Field. My arrangements consisted of green materials (Pittosporum, Leather leaf fern, Lemon leaf, and Gravillea). There was also a clear material that was used to create a armature over the top of the design. I learned that in some floral designs, you don't have to cover every single bit of foam because these open spaces can be covered by things like moss to add another element to the design. The moss is a good foam cover but it also gives an extra color to this all green design. These designs are some of my favorite. Although it is mostly green, the different shades of green and different textures of material gives this design a really cool look.
